Betty June Robinson Coble, 87, of Taft, passed away on Friday (Dec. 13, 2019) at her residence. Betty was born on Aug. 16, 1932 in Lincoln County to the late Melvin and Ruth Campbell Robinson. She worked as a property appraiser in Brevard County, Fla., and attended Prosperity Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Coble loved to dance and bowl when she lived in Florida. She enjoyed reading and playing cards with her family and friends. Later in life, Betty missed working outside in her yard and mowing with her zero-turn mower. There was always laughter when she was spending time with her grandchildren. Betty was a beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her daughters, Cynthia (Tony) Williams and Yvette (Michael) McRaney; sister, Ida Florence West; grandchildren, Brian (Elizabeth) Williams, Jamie Williams (Dennis) Edmonds, DJ Tanner (Bradley) Thompson, Becca Tanner, Reed (Tameria) Tanner and Melissa Bowman (Shaun) Gentry; great-grandchildren, Konnor, Davis, Collin, Jude, James Cash, Baylee, Brayden, Alexia, Dalton and Ella; and several grand-dogs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Marshall Coble, and son-in-law, David Bowman. A private family service will take place at a later date.
