How many years have you been teaching? 10 years
How many of those have been with Lincoln County Schools? 10 years
What led you to choose your career path in education? Sitting in my high school U.S. history class I knew that I wanted to be a teacher. Going to class was something that I enjoyed and looked forward too.
What do you enjoy most about working for Lincoln County Schools? The small-town, rural, helpful community.
Lincoln County is a beautiful place. I also enjoy the K-8 school, because I get to work with my wife and will get to see my kids go through school.
What is one thing you accomplished this year that you are proud of? The happiness and overall motivation of the school.
What is your favorite book? Why? “Holy Bible” and “The Christmas Carol.” The first is because of my faith and the second is one of two books that I had to read for school and college. It is also a great story that teaches everyone has the opportunity to behave kinder toward each other.
What is your quote to live by? Dad always says, “There isn’t a law against work.” Will Primos said, “Never doubt someone’s passion”
