The Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT)-Shelbyville hired Dr. Lori Shotts as the Extension Campus Coordinator for new Lincoln County location.

When asked about the position Shotts said, “Education is about giving people more options in life. That is why I feel so strongly about it at all levels. There are different paths and opportunities. The more opportunities we can give people, the more empowerment we give them.
