Are you interested in selling home-produced baked or canned goods to the public? Don’t know the health and licensing requirements to safely and legally sell these goods from a farmer’s market, flea market, craft sale, your home, etc.?

Lincoln County Extension Service will host a program to explain these requirements on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Ralph Hastings Building auditorium at 208 East Davidson in Fayetteville.

Dr. Faith Critzer, University of Tennessee professor of food science and technology, will explain what is required to meet state mandates for home-produced food products. A meal will be provided.
