W.S. Badcock Corporation has just opened up its first location in Fayetteville at 1416 Huntsville Highway, adding to its existing 360-plus Badcock Home Furniture &more stores in the southeastern United States.

To mark the opening, there will be a grand opening celebration beginning at 10 a.m. on June 11 to welcome the store to the community. During the ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., members of the company’s executive team and community leaders will commemorate the new store with a donation to the Fayetteville Lions Club as support for the local community.

Like many Badcock stores, the Fayetteville location is individually owned and operated by a large network of dealer owners. This store is owned and managed by Greg Gilliam, who is pleased to open another store in the Fayetteville area. Gilliam has been so impressed with the community.

“They are so nice and polite. I have two other stores in the area that have made us feel very welcomed,” he said.

The 115-year-old Badcock Home Furniture &more brand has seen explosive growth in recent history, and the Fayetteville store is helping contribute to that continued progression.

“We’re so happy that we are able to expand even more in Tennessee and can’t wait for the community of Fayetteville to join our family,” said CEO and President Rob Burnette.

The public is welcome to join the grand opening ribbon cutting celebration at 10:30 a.m. on June 11 at the new store. A free $50 merchandise card will be given to the first 100 families in attendance.
