Alabama man faces additional charges

Simpson, 46, of Toney, was being held in another penal facility and was brought back to Lincoln County to face more charges. Simpson’s additional charges included six counts of reckless endangerment, casual exchange of a schedule VI drug, a seatbelt offense, violation of the open container law, financial responsibility, improper lane change and six counts of aggravated assault. He was released to the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
