Courtesy photoLily Barnes, a graduating senior at Lincoln County High School and member of the 2022-2023 Leadership Lincoln Youth Class, was awarded this year’s Leadership Lincoln Scholarship. The $500 tuition payment will help with her first year at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she will pursue nursing degrees. Her long term goal is to become a nurse anesthetist.
Barnes’ Scholarship Essay included these statements:
