The 23rd Annual Shadow Valley Gospel Music Festival, a three-night outdoor concert series featuring some of the biggest names in gospel music, will be held July 12, 13 and 14 at 54 Warden Road, just off Highway 231 North of Fayetteville.

With Paul Smith appearing each night as the emcee for the event, the festival kicks off Thursday evening, July 12, at 6 p.m. The night’s lineup includes The Dunaways, Bradley Walker, High Road, and Steel City Revival.

Performances continue at 6 p.m. Friday evening, July 13, with the groups, The Chuck Wagon Gang, Jeff and Shei Easter, Compassion, Mark 209, and the Unity Four Quartet.

Then at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 14, the Primitive Quartet, Canaan’s Crossing, Heaven’s Mountain Band, and The Singing Ambassadors take the stage.

Tickets — $13 each in advance and $15 at the gate – are available at Brady Tile and Marble at 54 Warden Road in Fayetteville, the Bank of Lincoln County at 2702 Huntsville Highway in Park City or at Shoney’s at 1234 Huntsville Highway in Fayetteville. Tickets may also be purchased by sending a check or money order, with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Greg Brady, P.O. Box 179, Fayetteville, Tenn., 37334.

Folks are urged to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy the shade at Shadow Valley. Concessions available on-site include barbecue, hamburgers and hotdogs. Campers are welcome, and RV hookups are available at a cost.
