A certain tract or parcel of land in the 2nd Civil District of Moore County, State of Tennessee, described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a new iron pin set lying at the northeast intersection of Vaughan Lane (30' R.O.W.) and Tanyard Hill Road (50' R.O.W.), also being the northwest corner of the property described herein; thence along the margin of Tanyard Hill Road South 58 degrees 17 minutes East 212.9 feet to an old iron pin found in Benson's boundary; thence along Benson's boundary South 44 degrees 22 minutes West 282.7 feet to a 36 inch oak; thence along the margin of Vaughan Lane North 02 degrees 42 minutes East 250.9 feet to a point; thence North 03 degrees 18 minutes East 61.2 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 0.68 acres to a survey prepared by Chris Bateman, R.L.S. #1851, 521 Woosley Road, Tullahoma, TN 37388, on October 31, 2016.
