WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated January 13, 2012, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded January 20, 2012, in Book No. T847, at Page 275, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Daniel B. Johnson and Loretta G. Johnson, conveying certain property therein described to Richard W. Gabriel as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Southern Community Bank, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 9th Civil District of Coffee County, Tennessee, being bounded and described as follows: Being Lot No 41 of Golf Course Addition Extension as shown on plat of record in Trust Deed Book 113, page 434, Register's Office of Coffee County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin located in the southeasterly margin of Woodland Court, 604.15 feet in a westerly direction from the northwesterly margin of North Jackson Street (Hwy US 41-A) and running S 37 deg 49 min E 216.82 feet to an iron pin, thence S 52 deg 00 min W 100 0 feet to an iron pin, thence N 38 deg 17 min W 193.42 feet to an iron pin located in the southeasterly margin of Woodland Court, thence N 39 deg 15 min E, along the southeasterly margin of Woodland Court 104.43 feet to an iron pin, the same being the point of beginning.
