Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations described in and secured by a certain Deed of Trust executed by PATRICK MULLICAN AND TERESA MULLICAN to Bell and Alexander Title Servies, Inc., Trustee, recorded August 13, 2014 in Coffee County Register's Office at Book T910 Page 404 and the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust is owned by J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp, and the undersigned having been appointed Successor Trustee by instrument recorded in said Register's Office, this is notice that the undersigned will on December 5, 2019 at 10:00AM local time, at the Coffee County Courthouse, located at 300 Hillsboro BLVD, Manchester, Tennessee will proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following property located in Coffee County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record.

Described property is located at located in Coffee county, TN, W. Short Street, LOT 2, Plat Book 845A all as described in Deed 361, Page 921. Being the same property conveyed to Patrick Mullican and wife, Teresa Mullican from Tewaan Tucker by deed dated August 11, 2014 of record in Book 361, Page 912, Register's Office of Coffee County, Tennessee.
