Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations described in and secured by a certain Deed of Trust executed by Brenda J. Burgess to Cornerstone Title & Escrow, Trustee, recorded March 19, 2009 in Lincoln County Register's Office at Book TD625 Page 42 and the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust is owned by Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, and the undersigned having been appointed Successor Trustee by instrument recorded in said Register's Office, this is notice that the undersigned will on March 10, 2020 at 2:00PM local time, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 112 Main Avenue South, Fayetteville, Tennessee will proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following property located in Lincoln County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record.

Described property is located on Minnie Brown Road, containing Tract NO. 1 and Tract No. 2 all as described in Deed book Q11, Page 200, Register's Office for LINCOLN County. Being the same property conveyed to Russell 0. Burgess and wife, Brenda J. Burgess, as husband and wife and as tenants by the entirety by deed from Ricky Dale Pardon and wife, Cindy K. Pardon of record in Book Q11, Page 200 on 11/30/1994 and filed for record on 12/02/1994, Register's Office for LINCOLN County. Being the same property conveyed to Brenda J. Burgess, as Sole Owner by deed from Brenda J. Burgess, widow of record in Book X13, Page 150 on 04/25/2006 and filed for record on 05/10/2006, Register's Office for LINCOLN County.
