WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 19, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded October 5, 2007, in Book No. T739, at Page 381, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Coffee County, Tennessee, executed by Christian Landberg, conveying certain property therein described to Lawyers Title Insurance Co. as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC.

Morris, P.E., Tennessee No. 3478, on March 29, 1974, and containing 2.19 acres.
