Vendors sought multi-state event to be held at LCHS

Over 800 performers from across Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky will be in Fayetteville on Saturday, March 29, for the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit (SCGC) Percussion Championship, and the Lincoln County Marching/Concert Band is seeking vendors.

The regional drum-line competition will get underway at 2 p.m., according to organizers.

The LCHS Marching/Concert Band is now accepting requests for registration forms any vendor interested reserving a booth for the event. Those interested are not asked to send in any money at this time.

A vendor fee of 25 percent will be charged for use of the booth and facility. The booth fees will be collected at the event. Vendors interested are asked to please specify if the item(s) being sold, and whether it is a food (specialty) or non-food. All vendors will be sent a registration form, and all applicants will be notified if approved for the event.

Please include the following information in your registration application/letter: organization name, contact person, address, phone number, email, and item(s) being sold.

The event will also be open to the public. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for students with identification, and free for children under the age of 5.
