Ruby Red Christmas brings festive fun for all

Beginning Friday, December 6th, then every Friday and Saturday night 5 pm – 9 pm all month long! Experience the sights and sounds of Christmas with carriage rides, acoustical music, apple cider and back this season: roundtrip Double Decker Bus rides from downtown Chattanooga!

Board the Double Decker Bus at 6 pm from the Tennessee Aquarium for a ride up the mountain to a Ruby Red Christmas! Watch it snow while walking up to the Cavern Castle, and see the waterfall in holiday lighting! Visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and listen to the story of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. Then catch a ride back down the mountain at 8:15 pm on the Double Decker Bus!

Ruby Falls is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with guided tours departing every few minutes. Additional charges apply to some activities. The last ticket sold to tour the cave is at 8 pm, with shops and carriage rides open until 9 pm. Ruby Red Christmas is a recent Top 20 Event by Southeast Tourism Society. Ruby Falls is America’s deepest commercial cave and largest underground waterfall open for public viewing. It features a 145-foot waterfall located 1,120 feet beneath the surface of Lookout Mountain, near Chattanooga, Tennessee. LED lighting is used throughout the castle and waterfall.
