Lee Orman will be returning as the featured speaker of the Vietnam Era Veterans of Shelbyville-Bedford County on Thursday, Nov. 1.
Orman will focus on information regarding veterans’ benefits and filing of claims at this meeting.
Orman has advocated for veterans as the Middle Tennessee representative of the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs for over 35 years. He will provide an update on veterans’ issues and offer a time for all those attending to ask questions at this event.
All veterans are invited.
A special recognition will be given to returning Iraq and Afghanistan veterans in attendance.

This meeting will take place at the American Legion Post #23 located at 721 Kingree Road, Tennessee Highway 82 South, Shelbyville. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. and with $10 includes a home-cooked meal. Bring your wife or significant other.
