Oaklawn Baptist Women’s Conference will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Oaklawn Baptist Church, located next to Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. The cost is $10, which includes lunch. The conference will be held from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. with door prizes presented at the end. Vendors will be set up in the gym for attendees to shop before, during lunch and at the end of the event.

Dr. Lori Salierno, founder and CEO of Celebrate Life International, will be the guest speaker again this year. Dr. Salierno has successfully equipped and motivated audiences around the world for over 20 years. Her unique illustrations, well-researched concepts and effective life applications have significant, life-changing impact on those who hear her speak.

Her portfolio includes presentations to faith-based organizations, such as Women of Joy conferences, churches, educational institutions, business associations and the U.S. military.

Dr. Salierno has worked as a keynote speaker, author, and radio guest and leadership consultant. She is an avid spokesperson for the cause of transforming at-risk youth into responsible citizens. She is also co-creator of the Teach One to Lead One philosophy, a life-changing approach that challenges parents and youth to apply truth to everyday living while maintaining a spirit of adventure and celebration.

Dr. Salierno’s style is energetic and candid, giving practical guidance to those who lead and for those who follow.

The community is invited to come and be uplifted with her contagious joy. You will be impacted and blessed. She has appeared with Kay Arthur and Karen Kingsburg in large women’s conferences all over the southeast. This is a great opportunity for those in this area to hear this woman who has such a special gift.
