Retire TN gets $15K grant from USDA

Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Matt Kisber last week accepted a $15,000 business grant on behalf of the Retire Tennessee program from Bobby Goode, state director for the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development.

The moneys will also benefit the Retire Tennessee program in Lincoln County.

The grant will be used to advertise and promote Tennessee nationally as an attractive location for retirees and to support continuing education opportunities for Retire Tennessee communities.
