New location for Lincoln Medical Home Health, Hospice

Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice has relocated its office to 2250 Thornton Taylor Pkwy., Suite B, in Fayetteville. Lincoln Health System will celebrate the new lo-cation with a Community Open House and Ribbon Cutting on Friday, Dec. 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at noon.

Lincoln Health System announces the opening of a new location for Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice.

Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice recently moved its office from 1797 Wilson Pkwy. to 2250 Thornton Taylor Pkwy., Suite B, in Fayetteville. The relocation will provide the community easier access to its services and staff.

Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of Lincoln Health System, employs more than 18 nurses and staff members, caring for more than 200 Home Health patients and 100 Hospice patients every year.

Home Health services include in-home skilled nursing services; home health aide services; rehabilitative therapy, such as speech, physical and occupational therapy; medical social services, and tele-health monitoring.

Hospice services provided include end of life care provided in every care setting, from home to nursing home facilities and inpatient settings; 24-hour on-call hospice nurse; and support for family and caregivers.
