Gail Randolph to lead state coalition

Tennessee Recycling Coalition (edited)Gail Randolph of Keep Fayetteville-Lincoln County Beautiful, Inc., was named president of the Tennessee Recycling Coalition during the organization’s 24th annual conference in Franklin last week.

Having served as vice-president during the previous year, Gail accepted the reins from Christina Treglia as she retires.

The Tennessee Recycling Coalition is a non-profit organization made up of members representing private businesses, federal and state agencies, cities and counties, non-profit organizations, trade associations, educational institutes and individuals.

The mission of the coalition is to promote the adoption of recycling and waste reduction programs in the state of Tennessee promoting the state-wide adoption of waste reduction and recycling, providing information and education and partnering to address waste issues in the state.

Gail’s first act as president was to preside at the first board of directors’ meeting on Tuesday morning. She welcomed the newest board members, Debbie Millard of Coca Cola Refreshment in Cleveland.
