The event kicks off the Falcons’ camp that starts July 29 and continues through Aug. 3.
“We want to invite the community to come out and meet the Falcon players and coaches,” said Club President Prescott Smith. “We’ll again have complimentary hamburgers, chips and soft drinks. Each player will be introduced.
“We’ll have a booth set up for memberships starting at $50,” Smith continued. “Membership not only helps the players, but members and their families are welcome to join us at our Falcon Football Club tailgate before each home game.
“Members also have access to open reserved seating,” he added. “It’s only for one season – the cost for the six home games is $36.”
LCHS has home scrimmages scheduled with Ravenwood on Aug. 1 and Riverdale on Aug. 2 during camp week. On Aug. 9, the Falcons travel to Marshall County for a scrimmage, then will participate in the Marshall County Jamboree on Aug. 16.
Falcon Football Media Guides will be available at the season opener Aug. 23 as LCHS hosts Giles County with kickoff at 7 p.m.
