Posted on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 1:57 am

The final meeting to plan for Central High School’s Class of 1973 reunion is set for Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. at Shoney’s.

All classmates are welcome.

Central High School’s Class of 1973 will hold its reunion on Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Fayetteville/Lincoln County Museum starting at 7 p.m. All classmates are welcome to attend.

There will be a DJ and heavy hors d’oeuvres. There will also be a casual meeting the evening before at 8 p.m. at the Patrick Rehab/Wellness Facility on Main Street.

There is no official dress code for either of the two nights – classmates are invited to attend in whatever attire is most comfortable.

Classmates and their spouses or significant others are welcome to attend both nights. There is no cost or RSVP for the Friday night gathering. Cost to attend Saturday night is $50 per couple or $25 per individual.

If you were a member of the class, but did not graduate for whatever reason, organizers still welcome you to come to the reunion.

Invitation letters were mailed for the reunion a few weeks ago. If you are a member of the class and have not received an invitation, organizers do not have your correct address.
