Lincoln County High School’s Falcons wrapped up their regular season schedule with a pair of wins at home last week. Friday, LCHS won over Shelbyville, 64-54. Tuesday, the Falcons won at the buzzer over Tullahoma, 50-48.

This season on the boys’ side, District 8-AAA is balanced with talent – no team stands out as a dominating force. Lincoln County swept Shelbyville, then split with everyone else in the district. Two of the Falcons’ district losses to Columbia and Franklin County came in overtime. The tournament gets underway this week, and it’s up for grabs.

In the order of finish, Columbia is in the top spot, followed by Lawrence County, Franklin County, Lincoln County, Coffee County, Tullahoma and Shelbyville.
