Lincoln County High School’s Falcons split in action last week. On Tuesday, LCHS won on the road over Giles County, 56-50. On Friday, Lincoln County dropped a district road trip to Columbia, 77-37.
Against the Bobcats, the Falcons trailed 17-12 at the end of one but came from behind with a big second quarter, winning the period 17-9. LCHS was up 29-26 at the intermission.
LCHS won the third frame, 16-13. Both teams added 11 points in the final period, giving the Falcons the win.
Twelve for Lincoln County got minutes on the floor led by Kyle Clem with 18 points; Ben Bassham, 12; Rouslan Gaines, 6; Holt Richardson, 5; Adam Suszczynski, 4; Jailen Brown, 4; Neyland Jean, 3; Devin Gifford, 3; Cyrus Blackwell, 1.
