Little Lyndee Kree Jones, pictured here with her parents, Kristi Norris and JJ Jones, and Dr. Theresa Morrison, made her arrival into the world at 9:11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11, at Lincoln Medical Center. Her father is also a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s De-partment.

Proud parents Kristi Norris and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan (JJ) Jones welcomed Lyndee Kree Jones Monday morning, Sept. 11, 2017 at 9:11 a.m.

A day earlier, on Sunday around lunch, Kristi and JJ arrived at LMC in labor. After laboring for hours, delivering physician Dr. Theresa Morrison casually mentioned that it would be neat for the baby to make her arrival at 9:11, and mom continued laboring and pushing until little Miss Lyndee made her arrival at exactly 9:11 a.m.

She weighed seven pounds and 14.2 ounces, and was 20 inches in length.

Kristi Norris said,

“Thank you Doc [Dr. Morrison],” said Kristi Norris. “We couldn’t have done it without her. I ended up having a natural birth after planning on having an epidural, which didn’t work out. She coached me through it. Doc’s our superhero!”

The family resides in Fayetteville, and big brother Wyatt Jones, age 6, is excited to welcome his new baby sister into the family.
