The Lincoln County Highway Department has placed dumpsters out in tornado-impacted areas of the county for the disposal of construction and demolition materials.
For your convenience, the county will be placing dumpsters in the following locations for the disposal of construction and demolition materials for everyone affected by tornado on April 28, 2014.
2 dumpsters will be placed in the parking lot of the old pallet shop on Old Lincoln Road, located just across the road from the Howell Hill Community Center.
2 dumpsters will be placed on Cash Road (gravel road beside South Lincoln school) off of Smith Mill Road.
2 dumpsters will be placed at the 4-way stop at the Corders Crossroads Road/Howell Hill Road intersection, across the road from the Crossroads Market.
1 dumpster will be placed on Smithland Road (at the Big Cut), on the end nearest to Hwy 64E.
These dumpsters will be put in place on FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2014. They are to be used for CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION DEBRIS ONLY.
Please no trees, tree limbs, brush or any vegetation such as this.Also no dumping of rubberized items such as car/truck/tractor tires.
