Carriage House Players is excited to announce the opening of the third full-length production of their 26th season: Little Shop of Horrors.
This slightly dark comedy follows the Budding Botanist, Seymour; the growth of the man-eating plant, Audrey Two; and the other colorful characters at Mushnick’s Skid Row Florists to the toe-tapping soundtrack of memorable songs such as Skid Row (Downtown), Suddenly Seymour, as well as the title song.
Little Shop of Horrors opens on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. in the Adnia Rice Theater of Lincoln County High School with additional evening performances on Aug. 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 at 7 p.m. and 2 p.m. matinees on Aug. 4 and 10.
The cast and crew are comprised of some of your CHP favorites with several newcomers all under the direction of Brenda Wilkes. They include Lonnie Ables, Rachel Benson, Allen Booth, Alex Broderick, Sara Brown, Craig Carodine, Will Clark, Christi Cuckler, William Gentry, Steve George,
David Grant, Rebecca Holdmeyer, Mickey Johnson, Lauren McPherson, Andrew Neal, Allie Ruhlander, Brenda Smith, Jessica Smith, Ben Spears, Catherine Sullivan, and Trace Williams.
The production team is rounded out with Jennifer Bradford and Mickey Johnson as assistant directors; Lisa Adams, music director; and Jordan Allen, choreographer.
