Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) training classes will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10, at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the Ralph Hastings Building.
Beef Quality Assurance is a training on proper administration of livestock health products, correct vaccination procedures, observing correct withdrawal times and keeping proper records to ensure a safe and healthy beef food product is produced.
BQA certification is good for two years. Check your certification card to see if it is expiring. You only need to attend one of the classes.
