Wesley Bryant

Starting April 3, Wesley Bryant will release a chapter every Monday to his new story, “RED: Welcome to Fayetteville”, on Wattpad for free.

“‘RED’ is a thrilling murder mystery set in Fayetteville and follows a group of teenagers as they are ravished through the surprises of the town,” said Bryant, adding that the story will be published exclusively online to Wattpad, an online storytelling community where users can post their works.

Before the release of the first chapter, the prologue for “RED” was trending and landed on the charts in the mystery/thriller category on Wattpad. Readers can engage in the story for free by commenting, voting, and communicating with the author. Anyone can make an account on Wattpad, but it is not needed to read the story.

The synopsis on Wattpad for “RED” reads, “Kathrine Woods was headed to Fayetteville, a small town in Tennessee where everybody knows everybody. This small town was full of surprises, and Kathrine Woods would be one of them … they thought murder was the worst thing that could happen. They were dead wrong. Do you know your neighbor?”

Kristen Behrens is a beta-reader for “RED” and had this to say, “the story immediately sucked me in. It had me questioning every character’s motives, and I had no idea whom I could trust! Bryant’s writing style is amazing …”

Bryant has published two books before “RED”. “The Vista” was released in paperback and ebook in 2015, and the stand-alone sequel, “The Sleeper Cells”, was released in the summer of 2016. Bryant graduated from Lincoln County High School in 2015 and currently studies public relations at Harding University in Searcy, Ark. Bryant represents Blaze Publishing on Instagram.
