This promotion, thanks to a grant from The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, is income based, and owners must be residents of Lincoln County.     The Humane Society of Lincoln County has received grant funding from the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to offer a $30 discount for canine spay or neuter surgery for qualifying low-income pet owners in the Flintville, Kelso, and Elora areas.
