Winford Claiborne of Fayetteville, a long-time preacher here and speaker and director of the International Gospel Hour radio program, passed away Tuesday morning (Nov. 18, 2014) at his residence. He was 88. He was a native of Portland, the son of the late Marvin and Susie Dillahay Claiborne. In October 2002, Bro.
