  • Car show, swap meet set

    Stones River Region, AACA’s 27th Annual Swap Meet will be held Sunday, Feb. 1, from 6:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville. There will be auto related tools, literature, toys, service station memorabilia, parts and accessories at the swap meet. Admission is a $5 donation and children under 12 are admitted free. Concessions will be available at the event. Vendor set up is on Jan.

  • Mimosa chicken supper set

    The annual Mimosa BBQ Chicken Supper will be held Saturday, Oct. 4, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Mimosa Community Center. Tickets are $7 each and are available from Mimosa Community Club members. Take-out orders are available. Proceeds will go toward the upkeep of the community center.
