Beech Grove UMC Youth car wash Saturday

Beech Grove United Methodist Church Youth will have a car wash with concessions on Saturday, May 23, to benefit the “Bloodwater” mission. This Nashville based mission helps provide clean drinking water for the prevention of diseases like HIV and AIDS in Africa. The car wash will start at 9 a.m. and will continue until 2 p.m. at Advance Auto parking lot in Fayetteville. The youth will also be selling lunch

    Young ladies accessorizing their outfits with the favorite hats enjoy the Tea and Crumpets event hosted by the Women’s Day Committee of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Fayetteville. Tea and Crumpets, held at the Gleghorn Center, included a tea etiquette demonstration, special poetry presentations, a parade of young beauty, and a parade of seasoned beauty.
