Officials with the state Department of transportation will be in Fayetteville this week as they work on timing the lights or looping the signals in a coordinated pattern designed to move traffic through town more easily.
The project, funded with state moneys made available to the city, will see the lights work in synchronization, particularly along the Huntsville Highway and downtown corridor.
