Holt named Kiwanis Citizen of the Year

Dan Holt is recognized by Gay G. Dempsey, president-elect for Kiwanis, as the Kiwanis Citi-zen of the Year.

Dan Holt is recognized by Gay G. Dempsey, president-elect for Kiwanis, as the Kiwanis Citi-zen of the Year.

Dan Holt has been recognized by the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club as its Kiwanis Citizen of the Year.

He was recently presented the honor by Gay G. Dempsey, president-elect for Kiwanis.

Holt has contributed greatly to the improvement of Fayetteville and Lincoln County, according to Dempsey. A few of the ways that he has served include the board of Hands of Mercy, as a trustee for the Motlow College Foundation and the newly installed president of Fayetteville Rotary Club.

Holt also supports many school organizations and was instrumental in the entrepreneurial project of “The Falcon Cafe” for the Future Business Leaders of America.

The Fayetteville Kiwanis Club thanked Holt for his service and commitment to making our community a great place to live and work.
