‘Don’t Be Fooled’ seminar April 1

The Fifth Annual “Don’t Be Fooled” April Fool’s Day Seminar for Seniors will be held Tuesday, April 1, from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Fayetteville/Lincoln County Museum at 521 South Main Avenue.

Hosted by the Fayetteville/Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, USBank, and the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee, the seminar is a free workshop luncheon, to which all senior adults are invited.

All new information will be presented this year, as well as bingo, and door prizes. The event will also offer free document shredding on sight from 9:15 until 10 a.m. Attendees on hand for the workshop will learn about scams, identity theft, fraud and more.

Lunch following the workshop will be provided compliments of the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. Tours of the museum will also be available afterward.
