Leadership learns about government
Robert Carter, district attorney general, talks with Leadership students during local government day.
The 2013-2014 Leadership Lincoln Class enjoyed a day of learning about the local government in Lincoln County and the City of Fayetteville.
“We experienced an informative day as our judges and mayors – along with other appointed and elected officials in our local area – told us about what they do in their positions,” said Joshua Caldwell, a member of the class.
“We heard stories of exciting, new developments in our area, along with challenges that our community is facing. Thanks to both the City of Fayetteville, who provided our breakfast, and Lincoln County, who provided our lunch from the Chuckwagon Diner. Thanks to all who planned, presented and participated in the day.”
