Henderson benefit set for Feb. 15
A benefit is being held for Stacy Henderson on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds beginning at 4 p.m.
Stacy was born and raised in Lincoln County and is the son of Steve and Jean Henderson. Henderson has stage two lung cancer and has had surgery. He is currently under treatment. He is unable to go back to work anytime soon and has no income to help pay expenses.
Serving of dinner plates starts at 4 p.m., and the cost of a chicken dinner, including baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, bread and a drink, will be $6.
At 6 p.m., an auction will be held and about 8 p.m. there will be entertainment by Fast Jack Band. Donations of items for the auction, such as tools, furniture and other items in good condition, or cakes, pies and cookies, are welcome.
All donations are welcome and very much appreciated.
