Would you like to lose fat weight? Build and tone your muscles? Have more energy? Feel better? Be healthy?
Join Kim Davis, exercise and fitness instructor with over 16 years in the field at the Patrick Rehab & Wellness Center for an eight-week challenge to begin reaching your goals.
The challenge will include nutritional topics, as well as physical training. This is not a quick fix or magic pill program.
During the class, Davis will discuss the simple steps to making life-long choices that can lead to positive physical and mental changes that you can see and feel.
“I want to help you achieve your goals and feel your very best,” said Davis.
Classes will be held Jan. 6 to March 3 on Monday evenings from 5:15 until 6:30 p.m., plus one or two additional fitness days.
Early registration is $50 now through Jan. 2 or $60 the day of the class.
