Marsh visits RCA history students
State Rep. Pat Marsh took time out of his busy schedule last week to come to Fayetteville and speak to Riverside Christian Academy’s high school students during their history classes.
Marsh talked to the students about the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and how it applies to states’ rights, the district that he serves as a state representative, the three branches of the state government and their responsibilities, improvements in the state’s government made by Governor Haslam, how legislative session is conducted each year and how a bill becomes a law.
“We thank Representative Marsh for visiting our students and the service he provides to Lincoln County through his representation in the state government. We look forward to many more years of working with him,” said James Bryant, RCA’s Head of School.
