‘Fairhaven Forest’ sets kids on adventure
Author Sheila Robertson announces the nationwide release of her new children’s book, “Fairhaven Forest: The Adventure Begins,” where she shares important lessons on obedience.
The story introduces readers to kittens Fuzz and Spatz, who are lost in the woods after dark and don’t know which way to turn to get back to their big white house. Many of the animals that live in the woods try to give them directions, but the kittens don’t listen very well.
Cold, hungry and scared, they wait out the long, dark night. Soon they realize that they would already be home if they had just listened to older and wiser animals.
Readers will join Fuzz and Spatz as they learn a valuable lesson on their big adventure.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Robertson loves to write stories based on the real-life adventures of her pets and their woodland friends. She lives with her husband in Fairhaven Forest, located in southern Tennessee.
