Library busy with March activities

The Fayetteville-Lincoln County Public Library has announced activities for the month of March.

Story Hours for ages three to six will be held each Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Topics are as follows: March 6, “Artist Who Painted a Blue Horse”; March 13, St. Patty’s Day/Travel to Ireland; March 20, Spring!; and March 27, Native Americans.

The Trail Blazers group, for ages seven to 11, find creative ways to learn through crafts, songs, games and books. The fun begins each Wednesday at 4 p.m.

March topics are as follows: March 6, Depression Era Fayetteville/”Meet Kit”; March 13, St. Patty’s Day/Travel to Ireland; March 20, Spring!; and March 27, Native Americans.

The Mother-Daughter Book Club will meet March 19 at 6 p.m. in the library workroom. There will be snacks and a great discussion of the book, “Life As We Knew It,” by Susan Beth Pfeffer.
