The Lincoln County Chapter of the Southern Alliance for Animal Welfare (SAAW) will hold its Winter Soup Luncheon Friday, Feb. 15, with proceeds going toward the opening of a low-cost spay/neuter clinic here.
The luncheon is a silver bowl event for donations going toward the effort.
An array of soups, breads and sweets will be served between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church. For further information, contact Rhonda Copple at (931) 433-3657.
