Pictured here is a beautiful Tablescape, themed "Candyland."

Fayetteville Main Street, Motlow Community College and Fayetteville-Lincoln County Museum will be hosting their 2nd Annual Tablescape Event on Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2, at the Lincoln County Museum & Civic Center.

Three tables are still available.  If you would like to be a Table Sponsor, please call 433-7006. There is not a fee to be a Table Sponsor.

Award categories are: Best of Show, Most Creative and Best Theme, which will be judged by independent judges. The award category “People’s Choice” will be selected by all attending Friday night.

On Friday, March 1, from 4 until 7 p.m. join in for an evening full of fascinating and interesting Tablescapes. Themed tables will be decorated ready for your enjoyment.  On Friday night, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite Tablescape while enjoying fun and fellowship.

The next day, Saturday, March 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch sitting at one of the themed Tablescapes. You will also hear the announcement of the Tablescape winners and receive a table party favor.

The guest speaker will be 2012-2013 Miss Motlow, Tori Scott, from Fayetteville’s Motlow College campus.

“Redneck Wedding”, sponsored by Fayetteville Lady Elks Association;  “BEEutiful Outdoor Brunch”, sponsored by Carolyn Caudle, Abey’s Farm; “Midnight at Mardi Gras”, sponsored by Fayetteville Motlow SGA; “Get Well Soon”, sponsored by Tennessee Brace & Medical Equipment Company, Ellen Scott; “Royal Victorian”, sponsored by segUP (SouthEastern Grants & Urban Planning), Perry Hall.

Tickets are $5 for Friday night and $20 for the Saturday luncheon. Friday night is a “come and go”, and no reservations are required. You may pay at the door. Reservations are required for the Saturday luncheon.

Proceeds will go toward scholarships and the Lincoln County Museum & Civic Center.
