Volunteer counselors from the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) are available every Thursday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Counselors will answer questions and assist with problem resolution on all issues related to Medicare.  Information will be available about Medicare Supplement Insurance, Medicare Advantage Plans, Part D prescription plans, eligibility for financial assistance, managing Medicare benefits online and methods to prevent healthcare fraud.

The Lincoln County Senior Center is located at 908 Washington Street West in Fayetteville.

Appointments may be scheduled by calling toll-free 877-801-0044.  Walk-ins will also be accommodated, as staffing permits.
