4-H blueberry patch open to the public

Lincoln County 4-H is happy to announce that it will again be operating the blueberry patch at 1209 Ardmore Highway in Taft.

The patch will be open on Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 10 a.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.; and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until noon.

The Blueberry Patch began operating last week and will remain in operation until the blueberries run out. The patch is located 1 1/2 miles east of Taft on Ardmore Highway.

All proceeds from the sale of blueberries go to Lincoln County 4-H to assist in raising funds for the many trips, teams and programs that Lincoln County 4-H offers to youth, grades 4th-12th.

The patch is operated as “U-pick” and the cost is $4 per quart.
